Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs peas


  • 1/4 cups coconut (grated)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 3 nos tomatoes (chopped)


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp cummin powder

Directions

  • Roast coconut in a pan to golden brown color n let it cool dwn.
  • Blend tomatoes, roasted coconut, garam masala, chilli powder, cummin powder, salt, garlic paste n turmeric powder to a fyne paste.
  • In a pot braise onion in 3-4 tbsp oil til its browned up
  • add tomato mixture wid peas n let it cook til done.
  • Garnish wid chopped corriander leaves n green chillies
